I am currently renting from my local authority. I have medical problems and I am waiting for details on medical retirement(i.e. date and any contact). My problem is i applied for re housing on medical grounds and was advised to supply the medical evidence. I rang my employer (every working day for the past 10 days) asking for a copy and all i get is "it was posted yesterday" This is not a 2 bit company it is a local government office who deal with peoples benefits everyday they seem to be dragging their heels in everything i try to get from them. Sorry if i'm ranting a bit but they make me so bloody mad. Another classic case of customer care at the bottom of the pile and i still officially work for them so what chance does Joe Public have??

With the holidays I can see post being slow! can you not go to the office yourself and sit and wait?
best of luck....If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
Spring begins on 21st March.0 -
I read on these Forums over the weekend where somebody is awaiting mail posted on 7 December.
I personally am awaiting two Xmas cards I know were posted last Monday and last Thursday. No sign of them and I am in daily contact with the senders who keep checking.
So yes, Xmas mail is currently unpredictable.
Can they email a copy to you?0
