Thinking about buying a 'part ex' car from dealer. Bad idea?

I've reported the ad to Autotrader.  Why does the ad say "pls visit our website for terms&condition" when there are no T&Cs on the web site.  Who are they, anyway?  There is no company called "Royale Car Sales" registered at Companies House.

Agreed there are no specific T's and C's on the website and that most of the site could be considerably improved by rewriting the text but where do they refer to themselves as a limited company as I can't spot that at all?
The only piece I can find is under their about us and says "Royale Car Sales a family run business"
