Sainsbury's credit card - how long until balance transfer completes?

I recently got a Sainsbury's credit card with 0% on balance transfers. At the time I signed up I requested a transfer from MBNA, which apparently was due to complete after I activated the card. However, it's now been a week since activation and no sign of any transfer?
Earlier this week when I logged into the Sainsbury's account, my available balance was reduced by the amount of the proposed transfer. However, now my full credit limit is showing as a balance.
Does anyone know how long Sainsbury's take to process these. I can request another transfer on their website but don't want to risk it happening twice by accident.

Looks like the transfer didnt go through if the available balance is back up.
Suggest you ring them.
I would expect 1-2 working days for the card you transferring from to be credited and 2-3 working days after for it to be considered complete and on your statement.0 -
Thanks. I tried it again manually through their website and it failed. Seems they didn't like MBNA.

Tesco ended up doing it over the phone and couldnt explain why it wasnt working online, it also didnt work for the operator, they sent it to a team to manually do it. It was credited on other card the day after.
MBNA didnt work online, I rang, and they asked me to try again the following Monday at which point it worked.0
