How does an additional cardholder use the new John Lewis Credit Card App, please?

So I am an additional cardholder for the new John Lewis New Day credit card. I want to use the JL credit card app. The main account holder has a username and password, but I want the app to have my phone number not hers, so if it needs to do any verification I get the text message. The main cardholder has registered and got everything set up, but there doesn't seem to be any way for me to register separately on either the app or the website. Does anyone know if this can be done, please?

It can't be done.
Only the main cardholder can operate the account and app, it isn't like a joint bank account.1 -
