We ditched ours around 2 years ago and haven't missed it at all. You've got a month or so to let everyone know that still uses it.

We've just got rid of our landline phone. We hadn't used it for about three years but we kept it plugged in as a spare as our broadband came with a phone service. We've just signed up for FTTP which is the same price as the old FTTC but three times the speed and without a landline.

We find mobiles are much more convenient as we normally have them to hand instead of having to get up and go and get tje cordless phone when it rings.
