My son was driver and all fined address to keeper who can’t attend court, can I as spouse attend with driver? He happy to speak

The keeper must attend court, no ifs or buts. Someone can speak for them, the keeper has to be there too.You need to provide much more information if the keeper needs further help.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It is the named Defendant who must defend himself in court.
It is simply not possible for two other people to turn up at a court hearing and argue the case on behalf of an absent Defendant.
What is allowed though is for a Lay Representative to assist the Defendant and speak for the Defendant at a hearing, but as @Umkomaas has said, the Defendant must attend.2
