worldtourstore.co.uk not refunding money

I am having a really bad time with worldtourstore.co.uk to get my refund, I explain in few steps to make it clear how I got into this.

1) They Came up with very low price in the comparison web site

2) I clicked the link and provided the card details/passport/address of our details.

3) Next day they Called me and said the ticket price has gone up, so you have to pay extra money but if you pay by bank transfer you don't have to and we will cover the cost.

4) We paid thru bank transfer, after few days chasing they reserved ticket with airline(just reserve no booking)

5) Before departure, a week before got an email saying saying your ticket were cancelled and will give full refund.

6) Refund is not given for many months now and telling different reason every time.

Please let me know if you have advise on this as we need our money asap to pay all the bills. We lost our holiday and money.

The huge warning flag was being asked to pay by bank transfer. It sounds like it's time to send a Letter Before Action and if that doesn't get your refund start a small claim at Money Claim Online

Visit them in person. Seems they have an office?

Seems lots of people are awaiting for refund. Unfortunately because you paid via bank transfer you’ll have to keep chasing them until they send the money back
