I recently fixed with Scottish Power and joined a few days ago, because my fix is well in excess of the current cap I wanted to cancel and move to the Standard Variable.
SP say while I am free to move and will face no exit fees, ‘their system won’t allow it’ and I have to stay on their fix for a whole month before I can move. Surely they would be able to override this?
