A word of warning. Communication hubs contain GCHQ-level security for a reason. Third-party IHDs and CADs will not work with any communications hub until they are configured by a supplier or a Registered DCC Other User such as Loop; Chameleon or Hildebrand.For any IHD or CAD to work the meter installation must either be SMETS2 or SMETS1 (enrolled on and adopted by the DCC).
In sum, do not be tempted to buy anything off a non-registered seller: you will have purchased a non-smart paperweight.2
