parking ticket at gateway house Piccadilly station - manchester

hello guys. i have received a parking charge notice for stopping at the gateway , i have appealed on grounds that there was no visible signage where i stopped, accompanied with photos of the site. i also argued that the No Stopping restriction in that area is unlawful, since this road is a access road to Piccadilly's long stay car park, which is operated with a barrier, and therefore one Must stop there !! can anyone advise on this argument?

Irrelevant as they will decline the appeal anyway

There's a long-running thread covering cases at Piccadilly - none of them have come to anything.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Maybe but we doubt it.  UKCPS are now sending some old PCN cases to Moorside Legal.

Make sure you tell UKCPS and their agents to erase the old address if you move within 6 years. Do not leave them with an old address to send a court claim m.
