Octopus will take you on if you reach out to their twitter team. You need to move supplier, wait for your smart meter to connect correctly (takes a few weeks for the data flow to work) and then they'll move you over.1

EDF has no longer an EV tariff for new customers.1

Definitely try octopus, they can claim it can take weeks for your smart meter to be readable and for you to change over to an EV tariff, but mine took less than 24 hours...
