The bold text was the bit I wasn't sure if we had found or not, but you clearly did.
As far as we determined then - a zero standing charge tariff doesn't allow an increase in unit rates, and would just have to be cheaper overall.0 -
Quick update, my switch is in-progress to Octopus, really easy phone call, compared rates (exactly the same as Shell), submitted meter readings and setup the DD. I’m in credit at Shell so that should be all good too, fingers crossed the billing swap all goes to plan, I would imagine I’ll have a slog to get my credit back from Shell given their service levels so far, but at least that’s the final hurdle with them.
