Martin Lewis has just tweeted that, including the existing £400 rebate promise, your bills will probably go up by about 6.5% in total. We don't have the unit rate and standing charge numbers yet, so this is an estimate working back from the 'average user' bill of £2,500 a year that's been announced. 

You can also switch without penalty if you're on a fix. I know there were a few people who were on a fix who were worried so I thought I'd post.
