There are more and more pay machines not working ?

This just happens to be in the already known scam industry ?

Similar technology to ATM's and it's rare to see an ATM not working

Makes one wonder ?

    ANPR issues as well.

I have seen shades of the Ambler case today on another forum. Missing VRNs.

Are they trying to rake in as much in as possible before the gravy train is shunted into a siding?

  • Regarding the similarities to the Ambler case I have sent Coupon-mad a PM with the details.

What annoys me is not being able to know in advance how payment will be taken until I'm actually in a parking lot and looking at a machine.  I don't do apps so it's got to be cash, card or text.  Fine if you can get in and out in under 10 minutes (not that some places take that as an excuse) but I'm avoiding some places where I know there is a barrier and you have to have a paid ticket to leave.  Also it's an issue round here where there are government buildings so anyone claiming benefits or needing the job centre MUST have the parking apps on their phone or park about half a mile away.  At an Asda.  Who will probably start bringing in some clowns to ticket people not using the store.

I am certain each and every parking scammer has been told by each ATA to capitalise before they are scuppered

The great Gladstones/IPC/IAS scam is now very short lived and those parking companies who operate under a scam IPC banner should probably be the most concerned. Will the BPA accept these IPC scammers ... probably because the BPA like scammers, they have proven this ..... it's called the OSNER/ZZPS SCAM
