Looks like RBS is committed to the brand now, just got a replacement card today and was a Mastercard this time. Even came on it’s own branded letter now too (Previously RBS Premier Letterhead) They’ve ditched the sort code on the front too now.

Excellent news, not entirely unexpected but good to see RBS weren't simply fobbing us off when they told us the branded cards would remain.

Was your Visa debit card due to expire, or have they just replaced it as part of their conversion to Mastercard @TheCubby ?

I'm asking because my Visa debit card still has two years till expiry. 😊

I requested a new one as replacement for my one that got damaged So must be available to everyone who has a C&C account now 😊

I've got an expiry date of 2025 on my one - highly likely that it will have been replaced before then as Natwest will seek to pull the plug on Visa rather than let the numbers dwindle.
