Al Rayan bank problem authenticating

I have just been troubleshooting with Al Rayan I.T department as i could not open the banking app on my mobile (android12) and was also unable to scan the authenticator image, turns out because i have installed and use the "Big Buttons" keyboard both apps do not seem compatible and throw an error message, so went back to stock keyboard and i can now open the banking app and scan the authenticator image and log in both on desktop and mobile ,same applied to my Cynergy Bank authenticator app, every time i scanned their image i received a "image not valid" error message so was unable to login.I know there was another poster having the same issues with Cynergy so hopefully this post will help someone out.
