Fresh fruit/veg at disneyland paris

Does anyone know whether there is much fresh fruit/veg at the disney hotels (sequoia lodge in particular)? I am going for five days and just a bit worried it will be all burgers and chips. I know the posher (more expensive) restaurants are better.

It's unlikely we will leave the site to stock up so just want to make sure of a varied diet. And I don't mean pizza instead of burgers.

Thank you

  • Not much fruit & veg in the Sequoia and most of disney paris is very fast food, not many shops so you will need to take supplies, we stayed at the sequoia had a great time hotel is fab but expensive so take supplies!! if you have a travel kettle pop that in also when we stayed there they did not facilities in the rooms to make a hot drink, got one in the end said i needed it for the babie milk!!! but no cups so had to smuggle up from the resturant, if you are doing a chareter meal i woould recommend the Dinner at Innovations resturant in the big disney hotel, it's worth it just to have a look around and the breakfasts are great but all the kids want to do is get to the park, you can do the dinner option when the parks closed have a great trip

We were so disappointed when we stayed at Disneyland Hotel. We thought we would get lots of veggies for our two small children considering it was top hotel but sadly there was no choice hardly at all. There is no where in Disney at all that sells broccolli !!!

Broccoli I can live without. I am only after an apple or orange. Can you buy anything at Marne La Valee Train station?
  • The orange juice on sale at the stands is the really fresh stuff and absolutely delicious.

  • The only veg we found was the carrot sticks at McDonalds!

We have just returned. We stayed at the Santa Fe. We ate the buffet there each night. Salad stuff was plentiful as was fresh fruit. We used to take an extra banana to save for James's breakfast as the fruit wasn't available then. For a few days it was OK but would prefer 'real'food'.

lots of fruit available at breakfast. vegetables, hard to find.

all childrens meals in fast food outlets, (so Mcds, Caseys, cookout, etc) come with carrot sticks not fries. although they look like fries in the pic (you have to read the small print to see what the meal contains)

most table restaurants have main meal salads for adults, but again for kids, very little other than burgers/nuggets.

prob best to head over to the auchan shopping centre, as you can at least buy some healthy nibbles that way, or eat at one of the cafes

I think you are supposed to feast on hot dogs and popcorn while you are in the magic kingdom. It's a rule - plus making fruit ear shaped is IMPOSSIBLE.

There is a petrol station close to the resort which sells reasonably priced sandwiches, fruit and other general store type items.
