Sky emailed to say they have extended my contract for 12 months without me having to do anything at my current prices.

But over the next three months many of the discounts I received last haggle are to be removed.

I suspect once the discounts have been removed (I still won't be paying full price) I will be on a poor deal?

Can someone please take a look at these prices to see if I can haggle a better deal?

We have the full package including Cinema, Sports and Netflix but I don't think we get the Kids channels. We have 2 Mini Qs in bedrooms.

So come December we will be paying £84 for TV (up from £66 now)
and £32.50 Broadband (inc line rental) (up from £30.50 now)

So prices will be:

Sky Sports HD £2
Ultra HD £4
Sky Sports £19 (only paying £6 now)
Sky Cinema £12
Sky HD £5
Sky Signature £24
Multiscreen £12
Ultimate Addon £6

So everything is going up £1 to £2, except for a big jump with Sky Sports.

Advice how to get this all down to under £100, inc Broadband?

Thanks.

This has been commented on a few times over the last couple of years. Sky "offer" an extension with some discounts but generally much worse than the customer already has. Not all customers get this sort of offer - has never happened to me when coming to the end of a deal.

First point ,deal with the TV portion separately from broadband.

The general advice is to phone to cancel TV when in the final 31 days ; This may result in a better offer but if not let the cancellation progress. After all, TV services can be restored within a couple of hours if you change your mind.

DON'T cancel the broadband - once Sky tell Openreach of a cancellation then you can lose b/band for weeks. Look around other b/band suppliers for prices. Ask Sky to match the best price that you find for a similar package - if they won't, just move to another supplier -THEY will handle the disconnection from Sky, so that the b/band downtime may be a matter of hours rather than days
