I’m not in Scotland but locally rentals have dried up completely as landlords have been withdrawing properties from the BTL market.

We have been dealing with unprecedented levels of ex-rental sales for the past couple of years.The vast majority of these properties have reverted to private ownership,I can only recall a handful which have been sold as a “going concern”.
