That reply is almost identical to this one where they also accused the occupants of all going to McDonalds, but where the poster actually said they really went for a walk along the river:
It's pretty obvious that this is entrapment by the scummy PPC. If the pub has been closed for the last few years and they don't want people parking on their land (which conveniently for a greedy PPC is right next to a busy McDonald's) then they should make this abundantly clear with signage to that effect or better chain off the entrance.
But no, lets leave it open with the original rubbish (fully audited  :D ) signage and let people park and find out.

  • Hi all.

Received this letter today. Any advice for next steps or do we ignore again?

Is the next step likely to be a threat of ccj?

It is no different than the ones you see in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread which tells you all you need to know about DRPlus.

You can always also search the forum for Abigale (spelt like that)!

It doesnt matter what the "next step" is
Awful term. Bit like "reaching out"
  • Thanks, I did read newbie thread a dozen times but apparently not enough as I missed that bit.

I do appreciate your time, it is a little scary getting letters like this even though I know they're successful because of fear-mongering correspondence

If that is a biscuit - do not ignore it - eat it before it goes off.

    Everything else ignore
