Hi
Myself and another partner are setting up a company do we go as employed or should it be self employed.
Also how do we pay the tax and national insurance.

If you are setting up a company then you will be directors/employees of the company.
Else you can form a partnership for your business in which case you are effectively self employed.
How you pay tax will depend which legal structure you take and, if you incorporate, then how you pay yourselves.1
