ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Monday 5 September 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Monday 26 September 2022. 

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

The prize consists of Popsa e-vouchers and an OPPO bundle.

(i) Popsa e-vouchers

This element of the prize consists of four (4) e-vouchers worth £25 (twenty-five pounds) each to redeem against any products available online at https://popsa.com/products/ (each a “Voucher” and together, the “Vouchers”). Please note that the winner will need to download the Popsa app on their iOS or Android device to create and purchase their order.

The value of any monetary balance of the Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The Voucher cannot be used on sales item. The winner may redeem more than one (1) Voucher for a single order however, one (1) Voucher can only be redeemed once. If the winner’s order is worth less than the total amount of the Voucher(s), the winner will not be awarded credit, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be lost. If the winner’s order is worth more than the total amount of the Vouchers, the winner must pay any

cost above such amount.

The Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

Use of the Vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer prize provider, which can be viewed at https://popsa.com/.

(ii) An OPPO bundle

This element of the prize consists of an OPPO bundle (“Bundle”) including the following:

o  One (1) OPPO A54 5G (black);

o One (1) OPPO band (black); and

o  One (1) OPPO Enco Air2 Pro.

The prize includes standard delivery of the Bundle to the winner’s home address.

The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services or installation. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant, which can be found at https://www.oppo.com/uk/terms/.
