Lost Passport Application and details

No such record on the systems of my passport application plus payment made by myself

constantly being passed from person to person when im ringing passport office

constantly being cut off the phone line havibg to go through the procedure yet again of trying to speak to an advisor to help resolve my problem

no advisors seem to know what there doing

very annoyed and frustrated

Please can anyone help or offer advice on the situation

How did you send it to the passport office?

In person then it should be in the office somewhere

If you posted it, did you send recorded and tried tracking via Royal Mail.  Also if you did send by post it could be lost by Royal Mail and not even arrived at the passport office.

The passport office might have a large backlog and not put your application on the system yet.

Just a few suggestions.
