Land Registry DIY AP1 section 9 query

Hi I'm looking to add my Daughter to my title deeds by way of a gift and doing the paperwork myself. I have the ID1's signed by a solicitor and the TR1 completed, and most of the AP1. My query is how do I complete panel 9 if we live at different addresses?

Have you listed your two separate addresses/email addresses on the TR1 in box 6?

If so, you can tick box 9 on the AP1 "the address(es) for service from the transfer/assent"

Add your names and required addresses separately within the panel or, if appropriate, as Tiglet2 explains

Hi Tiglet2, Yes I have listed two separate addresses on the TR1 in box 6. Thanks for he guidance

@Madwitch69 - Not related to your question but is there any particular reason why you're giving this gift to your daughter now?

We see a number of queries on here where people are trying to do this but don't realise the potential pitfalls such as deprivation of assets, the potential for Capital Gains Tax, what happens if your daughter's circumstances change etc. 

Apologies if you've already considered all of this but I just want to check that you fully understand what could go wrong.
