I'm with you in spirit on this one my friend I'm having almost exactly the same issue with exactly the same company.1

The good thing about not mentioning this to Gladstones, is that if they start a claim for just some PCNs you can later argue Henderson v Henderson (cause of action estoppel) to prevent more 'drip drip' later claims.aquantumwombat said:On further inspection it seems that this is a separate, 4th parking ticket from UK CPM for parking in my own parking space.
They get one bite at the cherry, not several.
So ignore the DRPlus one unless you are a robust person who is up to get me some evidence to send to the Government:

BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please then tell us here that you have done so.3 -
This is nonsense. The permit on the o/p case was displayed and visible.
The litigation is without merit and, any event, disproportionate given that they are aware a permit was correctly issued to the o/p. It is potentially also a misuse of court resources under cpr 1 to pursue a case of this nature to trial.

I was expecting to receive notice of the claim this week but it hasn't materialised, maybe they've realised this.
