On further inspection it seems that this is a separate, 4th parking ticket from UK CPM for parking in my own parking space.
The good thing about not mentioning this to Gladstones, is that if they start a claim for just some PCNs you can later argue Henderson v Henderson (cause of action estoppel) to prevent more 'drip drip' later claims.

They get one bite at the cherry, not several.

So ignore the DRPlus one unless you are a robust person who is up to get me some evidence to send to the Government:

PLEASE!  I need telephone recordings... (redacted of names/ID of course).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm with both of you and a few months ahead, you might like to have sight of first my son's Defence and then (for a later date) his Witness Statement.

BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”

Please email your PCN story to watchdog@bbc.co.uk they want to hear about it.
Please then tell us here that you have done so.

This is nonsense. The permit on the o/p case was displayed and visible.

The litigation is without merit and, any event, disproportionate given that they are aware a permit was correctly issued to the o/p. It is potentially also a misuse of court resources under cpr 1 to pursue a case of this nature to trial.

I was expecting to receive notice of the claim this week but it hasn't materialised, maybe they've realised this.
