My mother and I both have BT "Fibre with Halo 1" and "Unlimited Minutes", according to our bills. She is paying £51.95 pm for the broadband & £16.67 for the phone. I am paying £47.87 for the broadband and £9.37 for the phone. Her monthly total £68.62. My monthly total £57.10. How can this be?

Did you both sign up to exactly the same deal at exactly the same time?
There will have been different deals at different times under the same product name. There is also the annual increases based on the CPi +% for that year and you may have not had as many if you started your contract later.
There could be a number of reasons, so you will need to go back in time and understand what the deals were you both took and when.0 -
With regards to the cost of the phone being so much higher I would start by checking the bill in detail and establishing what calls she has made.
Just be aware that unlimited minutes doesn't cover everything. Calls to premium rate numbers etc are not included. Similarly if you dial 1471 to check the last caller and Press 3 to return the call there is a 35p charge.
The bill should give you a breakdown of calls with the cost incurred.0
