Yep, agree with mumhug. We keep chickens so are always on the look out for Mr. Fox.

Get the man of the house to urinate around the perimeter of your garden (or be discrete and decant!)

I'd love to see Alan Titchmarsh doing THAT on Ground Force!!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Actually, do you have space in your house/hall/outhouse to bring the runny babbits indoors?

To keep foxes away from chickens I've tied socks and tights full of cut human hair to the fence around the garden. The smell deters them. I got the hair from the barbers, just asked after my haircut.

Not at all. The scent of humans deters them.

We have our ferrets in a large hutch we got from 'Pets at home' which has fox proof black wire instead of the usual stuff. Foxy visits a lot and has pooped in front of and on top of the hutch but ferts are fine. Maybe you could try this, might be able to get some online?
