Can anyone explain what this actually means? Can the bank take your money ? 0

It means that if you have not used your debit card for 6 or more months, they might not send you a new card. So you won't be able to spend with the card, or to withdraw cash with the card. It won't stop you from making payments online or with the app, and it in no way means the bank can take your money.
There's an easy way to avoid not having a valid card: just use it at least once every 6 months. Even if you don't manage that and your card has expired, it's easy enough to ring your bank and request a new card.0 -
