Searching for GB self catering for tall people

Hi, there are lots of websites where you can search for self-catering accommodation in Britain, but does anyone know of a website where you can limit the search to just those with a super king size bed and a big shower? Me and my wife are more than twelve foot between us so these are pretty much showstoppers for us, and so far I'm making slow progress looking at hundreds of pictures for dozens of properties anywhere between Inverness and London only to find they're not suitable.

It would be a very niche market and I don't imagine many self-catering establishments would go to the expense of installing super king size beds and oversize showers on the off chance of somebody needing them.
  • Googling super king size accommodation throws up several options. Not sure about showers though, I'm rather short so most showers seem high up to me.
I did recently stay at Great Scotland Yard Hotel and I'm sure the shower head was rather high up

That's a coincidence. Until yesterday I didn't know there was such a thing as a super king size bed but came across the term when looking for a self-catering lodge somewhere quiet and found this site for adults only self-catering lodges etc. It's the place in Cullompton Devon that has the super king beds. Don't know if adults only implies other places will have long beds too though! Being a NinetyDegreeist wouldn't help.
  • Thanks all for replying, and I'll have a look at Cullompton. I thought this was a bit of a long shot but maybe one day the designer of a travel website might be wondering of a way to make their search filters stand out from the rest...

I would have thought rather than looking at generic holiday accomodation sites, you may best taking the apporach of looking to see if you can find any groups or forums for particularly tall people on facebook or similar, where you can share recommendations and personal experiences
A quick google search threw up this, for example

  • @chorleypie - these 3 sites may help you in your search -

This site enables you to filter your search to include only those with king size - or super king size beds .
    https://www.countrycottagesonline.com/selfcatering-cottages-kingsize-superking-beds.htm

Skye’s cottages allow you to “refine”your search - with a “find your feature “ search box typing  “kingsize” or “super king size” brings up lots of cottages .
    https://www.sykescottages.co.uk/search.html

On VRBO website - after choosing your destination and dates you can use the filter and under features tick super king size bed . https://www.vrbo.com/en-gb/
  • Thanks onashoestring, that's what I was hoping for, will have a browse. Nice idea poohsticks, with a bit of luck they might also sell rotary washing lines that I don't have to crouch under
