I want to disable adblocking for one site on my Chromebook.  According to Google support, it's More > Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Additional content settings  settings > Ads > "Turn off Block ads on sites that show intrusive or misleading ads" but that's for all sites.

There is however an option there for "Customised behaviours" which allows listed sites to show ads.  It currently shows "No sites added", but alas nothing I've tried gives me the opportunity to enter a URL!

In a word - help please!
A positive attitude won't solve all your problems, but with luck it'll annoy enough people to make the effort worthwhile.

Thank you Bonhomie.  Your Goggle-fu is obviously much stronger than mine  :)

Just by way of an update, I got there in the end thanks to that link and the site in question is now set to "allow" ads.  Needless to say, the site in question, Channel4.com, still reckons I have an adblocker, so I'm now waiting for a reply from their help thingy ...

Their adblocker implementation may simply be looking at whether there is an adblocker, not whether it is actively blocking their site.

Oh wonderful.  I wonder how long I'll be waiting for them to favour me with a response to my query.  BTW, the situation's exactly the same with Channel 5 ...  :|

Thanks for the link, but I'm quite happy with my Chromebook.  The problem I posted about is the first I've ever experienced in two years of Chromebooks, and AFAIC the fault lies with Channels 4 & 5 - not the OS.
