I'm sure you probably understand this but you didn't get the bill reduced by £30 a a month, you got the payment down by that. If you use what they are presumably predicting you will end up owing them money. The price you pay is an estimate of your usage, not an all-you-can-eat for your monthly direct debit.Churchy58 said:
