I've just emptied all my VM HBC RS accounts which were paying 1.75%, and moved the total sum to OakNorth Bank 90 day notice account paying 2.29%. Even with an increase of 0.5% (to 2.25%)- unlikely- on the VM HBC RS account, I would still be earning more.0

Why not ask them. I'm sure they have more idea than anyone here !mooneysaver said:Anyone think this is likely?1 -
I have done much the same. It's only suitable if you are certain you won't need the cash in the next 90 days though.Deleted_User said:I've just emptied all my VM HBC RS accounts which were paying 1.75%, and moved the total sum to OakNorth Bank 90 day notice account paying 2.29%. NB. The title of this thread is rather misleading. The OP should at least add a question mark, or better still, rephrase the title to make it clear that it's a question rather than a statement.2
