Anyone think this is likely?

  • I've just emptied all my VM HBC RS accounts which were paying 1.75%, and moved the total sum to OakNorth Bank 90 day notice account paying 2.29%. Even with an increase of 0.5% (to 2.25%)- unlikely- on the VM HBC RS account, I would still be earning more.
  • Anyone think this is likely?
    Why not ask them. I'm sure they have more idea than anyone here !

    I have done much the same. It's only suitable if you are certain you won't need the cash in the next 90 days though.

    NB. The title of this thread is rather misleading. The OP should at least add a question mark, or better still, rephrase the title to make it clear that it's a question rather than a statement.
