ZOPA Savings - Fixed rate to Smart Saver?

Hopefully someone here has been in a similar situation. I understand the smart saver account is only available to apply for via their app. With a fixed rate coming to an end, I'm considering this as an option. As everyone above has said, I use the Zopa app and it's very quick and straightforward.

To try add something to the discussion, if you were unable to use a mobile (for whatever reason), there are android emulators that can be downloaded on PC (e.g. Bluestacks, Nox, etc) with access to the Google Play Store.

I've used both in the past without issue.
