Also i have another pcn from the same company (horizon parking) for a vehicle that i was using as hire to make deliveries. The company that i hired from transferred liability to me and i have asked them to provide me with a list of my deliveries on that day so i can appeal, but they have not responded since i have left the company. I’m perfectly aware of the rules regarding parking when delivering and this was a legal place for me to park but since I haven’t any evidence  Am i able to appeal or should i pay this one off?

Use one of the edna basher appeal letters from the NEWBIES Announcement. There are three, one of which is for fleet managers, so use whichever one of the other two is most appropriate.
This assumes that liability was transferred to you as hirer/lessee, and you have not told the PPC the driver's identity.

They cannot have been told the driver's identity by the hire company unless an employee of the hire company was present to witness the alleged event. Otherwise they can only truthfully name you as hirer/lessee. To say anything else could possibly be perjury.

You have left the parking charge number and VRM showing in the "How to Pay" heading at the bottom of the page; (and on your other thread as well).

Absolutely do not include phrases in your appeal like this:

"a vehicle that i was using"

    "
a list of my deliveries on that day"

    "
this was a legal place for me to park".

    Eeeek!

Horizon appeals are always easy to win as long as you don't imply who was driving!  This is why we provide template appeals in the NEWBIES thread.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
