Received a pcn in my name without being driver or keeper

I received a pcn that’s sent to my address in my name with no idea how it came to my address as i do not own a car nor did i hire this car which is a tesla.

    It might be better to split this into to separate threads if you are able to edit your post here and delete the second PCN.

    Just note that hire/lease PCNs are easy to win as long as the driver is never identified. Liability can only be transferred to the hirer/lessee, not the driver, unless a member of the hire/lease company witnessed the event. Otherwise they would be lying if they said so-and-so was driving.

    For the first PCN, tell Horizon in no uncertain terms you were never the driver, keeper, registered keeper, nor hirer/lessee of the vehicle in question, and complain to the BPA about the actions and data breach of one of their ATA members.
    Get confirmation from the DVLA and your hire/lease company that you never had any involvement with the specified vehicle.

    Always complain to the landowner and your MP about any and all PCNs.
