5.    PRIZES

5.1    The prize (one (1) prize(s) available) includes one (1) experience for two (2) people scheduled on or around October 28, 2022. The experience referenced in the prize is referred to herein as the “Event”. Prize consists of the following: two (2) nights standard accommodation for winner and one (1) guest at a destination of Organizer’s choice (€300 per night, total €600 per party); one (1) bikepacking bag per person (€350/each, total €700); one (1) bikepacking clothing set per person (€400/each); €300  per person (winner and guest) for food and beverage expenses (€100 per day/per person for a maximum of 3 days); and round trip air or rail transportation (coach class) for winner and one (1) guest between major airport or train station nearest winner’s residence and the destination of Organizer’s choice  (up to approximately €1,000). The Organizer will provide one (1) Topstone bicycle to the winner and their guest to use during the Event. The Topstone bicycles are excluded from the prize and will be returned to Organizer at the conclusion of the Event. Winner must be available and willing to travel on dates specified by Organizer to coincide with the Event. If any potential winner is unwilling or unable to attend on those dates, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. The prize has an estimated total value of €3,600 Euros; actual value may vary. Choice of accommodation is in Organizer’s discretion. Any difference between the actual value and advertised value will not be awarded. To the extent allowed by law, winner is solely responsible for the payment of any taxes that may be due as a result of the acceptance of the prize. Winner also is responsible for all other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. Major credit card will be required at hotel check-in if applicable, to cover any incidental expenses. Winner must have all necessary photo ID and other documents necessary for travel and must make travel arrangements through Organizer or its designated representatives. 

5.2    The prize(s) is/are as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered to the winner(s). The prizes are not transferable. Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent nature and economic value without giving prior notice. All dates and locations are subject to change. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation of the Event or other circumstances beyond Organizer’s control. If the Event is cancelled after travel has been booked, the remainder of the trip will be awarded as the complete prize.
