hi cananyone help? On 15th September I bought a laptop from pc world and agreed to have orange broadband for 18 monthsas part of a deal. As the BT line is in my friends name who I share the house with they wouldnt give me the discount attached to this deal but told me to return with vouchers from orange to prove i had set up with them and they would give me the discount. Got the vouchers from orange eventually (but thats another story) and returned to pc world. The salesperson said I wasnt due anything asi had had 100 discount wen I bought it (true). Can anyone help me- was it 100 off a computer or 200 with this deal- i am so muddled i can no longer remember. why would i have been told to return if there was no point?
thanks in advance....
