YNAB

Hi all, I’m new to YNAB after trying unsuccessfully before and so far I like what it, but for some reason it’s not updating my bank transactions (HSBC or Halifax). I got paid last week and it’s recognised it today, but most of my direct debits came out yesterday and they’re not showing. The balances are completely wrong too. It seems to be fine with my credit card, but not these. Any thoughts? I searched and it told me to delete and readd, but that didn’t work.

    I do all transactions manually (not a fan of letting anyone near my bank - which is HSBC for what its worth) but I do have YNAB - Contact YNAB support, I understand its considered good (never had to use it myself), albeit they use a third party for bank integration so there may be some L3 support handled by their partner.
