1. By entering in the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.  

2. Customers entering in the prize draw will have a limit of one entry to the prize draw.  

3. The prize draw excludes customers outside of the UK. 

4. The first prize is: one of Robert’s Revival iStream3L’s in Dusky Pink, 24-HR Brow Setter, Gimme Brow+ Volumising Pencil, Precisely, My Brow Pencil, Goof Proof Brow Pencil, Brow Microfilling Pen, Powmade Brow pomade, Dual angled eyebrow brush, High Brow Duo pencil, Browvo! Conditioning Primer and Gimme Brow+. Worth £456.99. Runners up prize is: one of Ten Robert’s Beacon 330’s in Dusky Pink and Gimmie Brow+ Volumising Pencil. 

5. To be in with the chance of winning this prize you must enter by 3rd September 2022. 

6. The prize is subject to availability. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.  

7. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition. 

8. To enter participants must visit the competition page https://www.benefitcosmetics.com/en-gb/competitions, submit their details and provide the information on the entry form (including email address, first name and last name). 

9. The competition will end on 3rd September 2022. 

10. There is one first prize to be won and 10 runners up prizes  

11. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by 10th September 2022. 

12. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of being notified, by e-mailing customercare@benefitcosmetics.com. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.   

13. Accepting the prize is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements as listed below. 

14. Benefit Cosmetics and Roberts Radio are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in the prize. 

15. The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Benefit Cosmetics and Roberts Radio reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs, and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online. 

16. Data Protection: By entering this Competition, you agree that any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted into future marketing from the Promoter and/or the Supplier. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners’ consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list. 

17. All partners’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are delayed. 

18. Entries not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.  

19. By participating in this prize draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the competition and prize fulfilment, it is necessary for us and the following third parties, on our behalf, to hold and process your personal data: Roberts Radio.   

20. Your personal information will be processed on our behalf by the Benefit Cosmetics and Roberts Radio and any subsequent data processor supplying booking and payment services in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with any applicable data protection legislation.  

21. If for any reason we or the Roberts Radio are unable to provide the prize as described in these terms and conditions or if for any reason fulfilment of the prize is impacted by mandated efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19, we reserve the right to substitute this for another prize, in our sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Should the impact of COVID-19 cause any delay in delivering the prize, we will not refund the price paid for the Event ticket. However, if you have not received the prize within 48 hours of us sending the prize, please get in touch with us at customercareuk@benefitcosmetics.com

22. The winners will be picked at random.  

23. The winning customer will be contacted by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the ticket purchase. The winner will be required to respond within 48 hours of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, we reserve the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.  

24. We and our associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.  

25. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if we believe that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the prize draw into disrepute, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and exclude you from participating in the competition. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
