Co-op Bank down all day and still down

UPDATE: All working from 10:45pm tonight but nothing on their status page as yet, but app, website and automated phone transfers all working - that's over 13 hours of being down.
It seems that online banking, app banking and automated telephone banking have all been down since this morning - not good for 1st of the month with lots of bills going out.
Seems like quite a long outage, still ongoing, and it appears customer services have all gone home - so no way to move money around at all until resolved, and predictably intollerable phone queues in the morning. Smile similarly affected.
In their very limited communication, they haven't given the usual reassurances that debit/credit card transactions and cash machine withdrawals are all still functioning - which from what I can gather they are still working, but a 1st of the month standing order to an external credit card that normally shows the same day isn't showing as received yet, so this might be a bigger issue than just online access issues - I haven't known the automated telephone system be knocked out before (where you can just push numbers on the phone to transfer money between your own accounts). If internet access to their main data centre has collapsed, and it causes an outage this long, their back up procedures need a little inspection after this. But hopefully resolved soon...
