BES Price Rise on Fixed Price Business Electricity Contract

I was certainly led to believe it was a fixed price contract.

Hi Louise, I’m in exactly the same boat. I finally got a call from their complaints team today and was told it wasn’t BES choice to increase the rate on fixed contracts, they were told to do so by the energy regulator. When I asked for proof of this, guess what they couldn’t give anything. I have asked for a letter of deadlock and will escalate further. It’s an utter joke.
