Terms and Conditions

1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.00 BST on 1st Sept 2022 and 23.59 BST on 30th Sept 2022 inclusive.
4. To Enter: Visit www.ivys-reserve.com/play-and-win/ and complete the online form to provide your details (name, email address and postcode) and then play the game to select a higher or lower card correctly four times. If you win, you will be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. You can play the game up to three times per day, however a maximum of one entry into the Prize Draw is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. Maximum of one Prize per person per month.
6. The Prizes: There will be a total of 20 winners. Each winner will win 1x Ivy’s Reserve BeeBee Wrap + 1x pack of 300g Ivy’s Reserve Cheddar.
7. Winner Selection: 20 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, an independent promotional verification service, within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within five working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prizes, within ten working days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within ten working, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
9. Prize Fulfilment: Winners will be sent their prize within 14 days of claiming it. In the unlikely event that a winner does not receive their Prize within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, winners will have a further 14 days to inform the Promoter by emailing hello@ivys-reserve.com. If a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.
10. Provided no objection is received, if you are a winner, your surname and county of residence will be made available by the Promoter at www.ivys-reserve.com/our-winners/ one month after the close of the Promotion, for a period of eight weeks. You can object to your surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing hello@ivys-reserve.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
11. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
