Yes it will be. Because you said you've had an offer accepted I assumed that they had taken it off the market.0

While an offer has been agreed until missives are signed either party can withdraw from the sale.
Often the advert is changed to sod subject to contract.
Normally the seller will give an indication of when they hope to move but the date will not be confirmed until missives are done.
When I sold my house I was flexible about the entry date. My buyer wanted a date to coincide with his rental tenancy ending which was fine with me.
As it turned out the searches were not received back in time and the entry date was not until the following week.
Until everything is ready for missives to be signed no date can be confirmed.
