Petplan (cat)

Both our cats are with Petplan. We had to claim twice for the younger cat when he got injured outside but not claimed ever for the older cat
The older cat is on Republic of Cats cat food, wet and dry, as he won't eat anything else. With every other food, he'd throw it back up, whereas with the RoCs one, he's fine.
I've noticed that he's been drinking a lot over the last 6 weeks but very energetic otherwise. I put it down to the hot weather.
But since yesterday, his pee absolutely stinks.
Are 'drinking too much/smelly pee' investigations covered by insurance?

Yes, that should be covered under your PetPlan policy once the excess has been passed.1

Oh, I hope it isn't diabetes. Classic symptoms. Hugs to Kitty. What I do not give, you must never take by force.

Hope he's OK? RoC is not a great quality food, I can't remember whether it has sugars added but it may well do. The vet may well recommend a special diet if he is diabetic.0
