Hello, I've had a gas meter installed to my new build sometime ago but had never received any bills. Due to other issues I haven't done anything about it but need to sort out ASAP especially with the energy crisis looming. I have changed supplier since for my electric and don't know where to go for help. Any advise gratefully received.

Who is your supplier ?
Havr you contacted them ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
It's usual for your electricity supplier to install the actual meter once a dwelling has a Gas supply, though you could choose any Energy retailer, so whoever you commissioned to install the meter "owns" the meter and is responsible for the billing so contact them. How long ago is Sometime ago ?1
