CEX refund

Does anyone know how long CEX take to send a refund ? I got an email on Sunday saying it had been processed but still not received it yet. Realise was bank holiday but usually I get refunds by 48 hours. Just getting a bit nervy as they are nightmare to deal with if something goes wrong.

Just to check - Do you mean refund or "payment for purchased stuff"?  

For payment for purchased stuff, they do it via faster payments, albeit in periodic batches, so for example, once goods are accepted for payment at a store (or I guess remotely if you send them in), then its normally the next working day (which on a friday, can mean late monday in some cases).

If its not payment for sold stuff - ie. you bought something online and then returned, I can't say, they would expect to refund to the payment method used (eg Credit Card), which could take a few days to appear on the card.
