Zopa Easy Access Acc

I recently opened an easy access account with Zopa and made a nominal deposit as my first transaction which after a prolonged period was finally acknowledged by Zopa. However my second transaction/transfer which was more substantial was returned 24 hours later as Zopa claimed they were unable to recognise my nominated bank…

A strange quirk. Although I have Chase as a nominated account, I couldn't pay in using the linked account method, it failed on Chase app. Also have Bank of Scotland as a linked account and that allowed the transaction. Will just have to do manually if I want to transfer directly from Chase, and hopefully remember in future.
