Replacement J type R7s 118m LED

I am looking for a replacement J type R7s 118m in LED for an up lighter lamp it needs to be one that is a sensible price. Everything seems to be £10 +. And I am not keen on buying from amazon as so many off brands. It also needs to be flat not the big fat round ones as other wise its not going to be fit.
Its like going down a rabbit hole.
Any ideas or links
