Sorry, I'm trying to get familiar with it all again.
I just wanted to check that I should print copies of all the transcripts which totals about 100 pages or so after it was suggested I only needed one page from the IPC.
It looks like they are all just referencing cpr 7.5, is that not the important bit?

Transcripts from higher courts are what will convince a Judge (as long as they read them).
Any Judge will already know thd CPRs and will have their own entrenched opinion on what constitutes good service of a claim. Pointing to the CPRs therefore will just have a Judge say they know, and they will apply their usual opinion.
To unpick that mindset, you have to take the Judge to binding court decisions and achieve the 'lightbulb moment' that makes them realise that an un-served claim is 'dead' and there is no power of any court to breathe new life into such a nullity by letting the claim proceed after CCJ set aside.
The law is what you take with you and say in the courtroom. Up to you what you take and how much you think you can handle to say.
Assume the Judge has read NOTHING and wants to blame you. Think of the steps you will take one by one to show why that's wrong (as the 4 posters I linked had to).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
