Virgin Media TV channel listings

Hi,
Looking to change/downgrade my virgin package but there are certain tv channels I don't want to lose.
Is there an easy way to check what tv channels are included in each package online so I don't get any nasty surprises when I recontract?

What channels do you want to keep?

Easy,  go here  https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/packages   then click plan details then scroll down and click see all channels.  This is on each package.
